Career opportunity to join an expanding global industry leader as Plant Accountant/ Site Controller. In this role, you will support operations performing product costing, cycle design and output consumption analysis, and continuous improvement finance projects.

• Day to day reporting and analyzing of production performance vs monthly forecast.
• Support the chemical business in the areas of Manufacturing & Technology, continuous improvement and purchasing, CAPEX and Working Capital to ensure that financial targets are met
• Monitor and interpret the consolidated CAPEX and OPEX budgeting & forecasting and provide explanation to management
• Perform product costing/ raw material / cycle design and output consumption analysis
• Participate in the operations/site finance strategy initiatives

• BS Accounting degree with 5+ years in manufacturing cost accounting and control/ finance
• Knowledge of finance planning, budgeting and forecasting with cost controlling experience
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma Methodologies
• Unit cost experience, a strong plus
• Experience with an ERP system (i.e. SAP, JDE, Oracle) and excel skills;
  Power BI/BW experience a plus
• Able to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future
