We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychologist to join our team at Cross Hope by Restaura in El Dorado, AR. As a part-time or full-time on-site Psychologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients by providing exceptional counseling services in one or more nursing home facilities.

As a Psychologist at Cross Hope by Restaura, you will:

• Provide counseling services to patients in one or more nursing home facilities
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions and treatment plans

• Must be a Psychologist in Arkansas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and compassion for patients
• Experience in a healthcare or counseling setting
• Social Work, Mental Health and Behavioral Health expertise

• Annualized base salary of $75,000, with additional consistent raises based on the provider’s productivity.
