Role Overview
The Network Engineer I supports the design, documentation, and maintenance of network infrastructure while providing hands‑on troubleshooting for connectivity and performance issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing assigned projects and researching system upgrades to ensure hardware and policies remain compliant with organizational standards.
- Performing scheduled maintenance and rotating on‑call support to guarantee 24/7 hospital reliability.
Education/
Experience:
4‑year college degree or 2 years of related experience.
Required skills and knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and client‑facing communication skills.
- Strong personal and time management skills; self‑starter who is highly motivated for continuous improvement.
- Outstanding customer service skills and ability to identify opportunities and credibly present ideas to management.
- Ability to turn concepts into technical solutions that solve problems.
Labor hours: 80.00 hours bi‑weekly.
