The Systems Group is looking for an energetic individual to be our next Mig Welder. We are looking for someone to help with the day-to-day issues that pop up but also to be part of the big picture and contribute to the long-term strategy of our operations across the country. Welder
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare metal surfaces, selecting appropriate filler metals, and setting up the welding equipment.
- Precisely control the welding gun, wire feed, and shielding gas to create strong and clean welds.
- Inspect welds for defects, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment

Skills:
- Ability to read blueprints or drawings
- Ability to understand welding symbols
- Ensure proper weld integrity
- Achieve desired strength and appearance of welded joints
- Previous mig welding experience in an industrial setting is preferred
- OSHA Approved Met-Guard boots (annual company allowance provided)
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
