The Springs of El Dorado is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/RN Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Weekend LPN/RN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of caregivers, and ensuring a smooth transition of shifts on weekends. • Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Lead a team of caregivers, including LPNs, CNAs, and MAs, to ensure a positive and effective work environment.
• Coordinate the transfer of patient care during shift changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions.
• Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, rehab, and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

• Current LPN/RN license in the state of Arkansas.
