Job Summary
The Springs of El Dorado is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN/RN Charge Nurse to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals. As a Weekend LPN/RN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of caregivers, and ensuring a smooth transition of shifts on weekends. Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care in accordance with our policies and procedures
Lead a team of caregivers, including LPNs, CNAs, and MAs, to ensure a positive and effective work environment
Coordinate the transfer of patient care during shift changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing disruptions
Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, rehab, and dietary, to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including medication administration, treatment plans, and progress notes
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
Current LPN/RN license in the state of Arkansas
