Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a dedicated registered nurse in El Dorado. The RN is responsible for providing safe and compassionate patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be a new RN graduate or a licensed RN in Arkansas, with a preference for a BSN. Responsibilities include demonstrating clinical competence and understanding department policies.
Healthcare CPR is required, and training for ACLS, PALS, or NALS is provided.
