Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a registered nurse (RN) for the Specialty Critical Care unit. This role is accountable for delivering safe and compassionate patient care while demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking.
The ideal candidate is a licensed RN in Arkansas, preferably with a BSN. This position requires the ability to collaborate as a full partner in an interdisciplinary team, and training for certifications such as CPR, ACLS, PALS, and NALS will be provided.
