Job Title
Nurse Manager Specialty-Labor And Delivery
OverviewAn RN who supervises one or more units with oversight of Employees, Quality, Patient Satisfaction, Finances, Strategic Goals and System goals.
Responsibilities- Supervise one or more units.
- Oversee employees, quality metrics, patient satisfaction, finances, and achievement of strategic and system goals.
- Registered Nurse in good standing with the state of Arkansas.
- BSN required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Two years of managerial or leadership experience required.
- Healthcare CPR, ACLS, and related competencies required (will provide).
This position is authorized for 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
