Gentiva is seeking an After Hours Hospice Registered Nurse to respond to patient needs during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You will provide direct patient care after normal business hours and act as the primary liaison among patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team during your shift.
You will evaluate patient and family needs to guide clinical decisions, document visits in the EMR, and collaborate with LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, and other support staff.
