Receives direct store delivery products and checks them in, verifies invoices, and resolves discrepancies;
Monitors inventory levels and maintains accurate records within IMS software;
Reduces shrink by ensuring credits are received for damaged, returned, and out-of-date products;
Unloads shipments, checks inventory on trucks, and ensures correct stocking and paperwork;
Maintains backroom organization and adheres to 5S standards; assists vendors and department managers as needed
