HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in El Dorado, AR is looking for a Hydro Blaster/Field Technician to work at various customer locations and join their safety conscious team. This team member is responsible for setting up and assisting with water treatment systems, pipeline hydrostatic testing and other related tasks.

- Ensure health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
- Hands‑on operation of manual and automated hydroblasting equipment.
- Operate special equipment such as Ultra‑High‑Pressure pumps.
- Use and energize hydroblasting, chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks, and cutting equipment as required.
- Examine surfaces to ensure conformance to company and customer expectations.
- Conduct routine and required maintenance on the unit and all peripherals, including industrial vacuuming equipment and safe disposal of hazardous and non‑hazardous materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on company equipment used on the job.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
- Specific vocational preparation, including classroom safety training and on‑the‑job experience.
- Proficiency in English to comprehend safety training and respond to emergency instructions.
- Valid driver license and compliance with company driving policy when operating company vehicles or using personal vehicles for business.
- OSHA certification may be required.
- Knowledge of emergency equipment operation, such as fire extinguishers.
- Ability to provide or obtain Federal Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
- High School diploma or equivalent (required).
- Valid TWIC required or ability to obtain TWIC.
