Full‑time drivers earn up to $80,000+ per year.

Start rate: $0.60 per mile (loaded/empty). This yields a gross average of about $1,600 per week.

$60 per diem while on the road.

Additional compensation: $0.03 per mile idle bonus, weekly safety bonus up to $1,200 per year, driver referral bonus of $500 paid over 6 months, and stop & detention pay.

• Minimum age: 23 years
• CDL Class A license
• 2 years recent, verifiable CDL Class A experience (required)
• Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements (required)
• Clean driving record + PSP report (required)
• High school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Must have or be willing to obtain a TWIC card
• Cell phone with voicemail and basic mobile/electronic device proficiency
• Ability to operate a standard transmission (10, 13, or 18 speeds)

• Safely operate vehicles over 26,000 lbs GVW
• Transport tanker and Haz Mat freight safely and on time
• Ensure shipments are secured, documented, and delivered per manifest
• Communicate with dispatch as needed
• Perform vehicle inspections before, during, and after trips
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and schedule service as needed
• Track and report working hours
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and DOT/OSHA regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
