* HS Diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of Industrial or warehouse experience preferred
* 2 years' experience in a planning, coordinating, or logistics role (formal or informal) preferred
* 1+ years' Forklift experience preferred and must be able to demonstrate proficiency within a set time frame of a progression plan
* Minimum 2 years of direct experience in a hazardous waste, chemical, or industrial processing environment.
* Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions independently under time constraints.
* Computer savvy
* IPAD experience is a plus!
* MS Office suite - Excel, Word, Outlook
* Must be able to work well in a team and independently
* Must be able to communicate effectively with the team and other departments
* Change direction at moment's notice
* Follow direction and take initiative
* Ability to work a rotating shift
* Ability to work under adverse conditions (heat & cold)
* Accountability and punctuality

* Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
* Performs hands on operations offloading vans and completing paperwork for waste tracking/inventory purposes.
* Performs drum storage and inventory management
* Complete general warehouse housekeeping and preventative maintenance as needed.
* Operate a forklift
* Must display proficiency (within 30 days) working with computer-based systems including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook Email, Word, Excel, One Drive, SharePoint, etc.) and able to learn systems such as WIN WEB or any other internal planning tools.
* Must be willing and able to work either day or night shift, depending on Feed Planning's operational needs
* Must display proficiency (within 30 days) in warehouse inventory, VPI pull lists, Coming Due & Aging Inventory reports.
* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple departments including but not limited to:
Operations, Receiving, Compliance, & Rack Team.
* Ability to work daily within compliance policies & procedures to include but not limited to:
Scanning, Inventory Staging/Storage.
