Warehouse Administrator

12 month assignment with possible extension!

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, supplies, parts, and equipment
• Stock, stage, and distribute materials using the warehouse inventory control system
• Perform inventory walkdowns, cycle counts, and part sourcing activities
• Document and scan all part checkouts to maintain traceability
• Track and report shipment discrepancies
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse areas (picking up debris outside and inside the warehouse along with manual sweeping and operating a floor scrubber machine)
• Support shipping, packaging, and scheduling of outbound materials
• Follow established procedures to ensure accuracy, safety, and operational readiness

• One (1) or more years' Experience in a related field (Required)

• Responsible for receiving, stocking, distributing, and managing movement of materials, inventories levels, cycle counts, utilizing the warehouse inventory control system for all transactions, and maintaining the housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Performing parts kitting and inventory walkdown activities
• Documenting or scanning part checkout
• Receive shipments of materials, supplies, parts, equipment, rental equipment, and all other merchandise in to the warehouse
• Document and track shipment discrepancies
