In your new role as a Parts & Quality Coordinator (m/f/x), you ensure that spare parts, quality standards, and operational processes run seamlessly together. Are you ready to take ownership and make a real impact? Then we look forward to receiving your application.

Your tasks / This is what you move with us
  • Manage and coordinate spare parts orders to ensure timely availability
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical and operational documentation
  • Execute quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards
  • Administer warranty claims and credit processes in accordance with company policies
  • Oversee supply management, including inventory levels and replenishment planning
  • Respond to emergency situations and prioritize urgent operational needs
  • Process and track customer returns, ensuring proper resolution and documentation
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments
  • Support and participate in annual inventory activities and cycle counts
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to team members and cross-functional departments
  • Actively participate in meetings, providing updates and contributing to decision-making
  • Utilize reporting tools and consultation platforms to monitor performance and support operations
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs
Your qualifications / This is what you bring with you
  • Sense of organization, rigor and analytical mind
  • Proficiency in specialized IT tools (WMS, ERP, advanced Excel)
  • Ideally, you gained initial work experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • You work independently, are flexible and highly service-oriented
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • You previously acquired knowledge in agricultural technology, hydraulics, and electronics (an asset)
  • Your team spirit, ability to handle high workloads complete your profile
