Branch Manager - El Dorado

Citizens Bank of Kansas, a fourth-generation, family-owned community bank, is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Branch Manager to join our El Dorado, Kansas team. As Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading our retail team and driving the continued growth, success, and profitability of the branch. We’re looking for a positive, motivated leader who enjoys developing people, building strong customer relationships, and making a meaningful impact in the community.

Responsibilities:

Coach, lead, and motivate the retail team to achieve individual, branch, and bank-wide goals.

Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service and providing consistent, thoughtful follow-up.

Develop, build, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day retail functions of the branch.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities by building relationships with current and prospective customers, both inside and outside the bank.

Promote a strong culture of teamwork and collaboration across all areas of the bank.

Support the professional growth and development of team members.

We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and self-motivated leader who brings:

Two or more years of banking and leadership/management experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience in sales and relationship building preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Demonstrated leadership and team-building abilities.

A strong commitment to exceptional customer service.

A positive, can-do attitude.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
