To manage and operate a Goodwill Retail store while fulfilling Goodwill’s mission statement.

VP of Operations/Sales, District Manager & Store Manager

Supervises workers in various personnel groups engaged in operating a retail store.

• High school education or the equivalent required.
• One to three years management experience required.
• Must have a pleasing personality, be well groomed and create a favorable impression on those he or she meets. Must have full knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to maintain sales records and reports incidental to store operations. Must be a person with excellent character references and a well- developed sense of responsibility
• A valid driver’s license and insurability is required.

Serves as Hiring Manager in Manager’s absence. Completes employee work schedules, evaluations, ADP and handles customer complaints. Per Manager, oversees store operation including inventory, warehouse and stock rotation. Per Manager, performs all administrative and clerical details associated with store operation and orders supplies as needed. Provides supervision for all sales associate, processor, door attendants and team leaders. Trains employees and follows cash handling procedures.
