Position Summary

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour,

Temporary Full-Time (with potential for growth; not guaranteed)
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Friday: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our manufacturing team as Temporary Production Workers. This role supports our production lines and plays a key part in daily operations.

Duties & Responsibilities- Assist production lines with daily operations.
- Pack finished products and prepare items for shipment.
- Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials.
- Support changeover tasks between production runs.
- Assist machine operators with routine, day‑to‑day tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines.
Work Environment Requirements
This position is physically demanding and requires the ability to:
- Stand for the entire duration of the shift
- Perform repetitive tasks throughout the day
- Lift, bend, twist, and reach as part of regular job duties
- Safely lift boxes and materials as required
While this is a temporary position, there may be opportunities for growth based on performance and business needs; however, continued or permanent employment is not guaranteed. Temporary Full-Time employees are non‑benefit eligible. Candidates must be able to consistently work scheduled hours.
