Valmont Industries - 955 North Haverhill Road - Responsibilities:
Set up and operate flux core submerged arc seam welding machine to place a continuous seam weld on pole shafts;
Weld structural components per blueprints and specifications;
Read and interpret blueprints/shop drawings to determine welding sequence;
Move pole shafts using an overhead crane and gather parts/materials for the project;
Maintain a safe and productive work environment and ensure quality and timely delivery
