Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment; perform general maintenance on the flux core sub-arc seam welder;
Read blueprints and shop drawings to determine operation sequences;
Weld seams on pole shafts and other structural components;
Move pole shafts using an overhead crane and prepare parts for welding;
Maintain a safe and productive work environment and ensure quality and on-time shipment
