Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

El Dorado Care and Rehab in El Dorado, KS is hiring full‑time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our rehabilitation team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you provide total care for residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as washing, bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, walking, transferring, skin care, toileting, oral care, and catheter care. You perform care as defined by each resident’s Plan of Care and CNA assignment card, visiting residents and repositioning them as needed.

With a close eye for detail, you record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and weight, and conduct range‑of‑motion exercises as required.

You observe and report any changes in residents’ condition, attitude, reactions, appetite, or behavior, maintaining confidentiality and complying with HIPAA requirements and facility policies and procedures. Your warm, friendly demeanor enables you to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors, and colleagues.

• Completed a state‑approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Current Kansas certification/registration to practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

This nursing position works 12‑hour days or night shifts.
