• Proven experience as a prep cook, baker, or similar role in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods
• Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
