- Own store success and take ownership for store employees’ work-related needs, store leadership, staffing and scheduling, maintaining labor controls, marketing, loss prevention and all other store functions.
- Be a Brand advocate for Victra and drive business forward by motivating your team to provide excellent guest interactions.
- Build, develop, and mentor your sales team.
- Work through teams to teach, coach and follow our sales process with Every Guest Every Time.
- Attract and retain top-caliber employees; provide ongoing sales training and support to exceed sales, retention, quality, and service objectives.
- Engage in sales strategy development to ensure products and services are effectively showcased.
- Ensure store employees meet monthly success measurements and complete training on time.
- Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives; maintain store performance through inventory compliance.
- Engage in business operations including budgeting, forecasting, analyzing and providing sales reports.
- Think of innovative ways to drive traffic and capitalize on the existing customer base.
- Own all guest escalations and provide timely resolutions; clearly communicate company objectives and priorities to team members with timely follow-up.

Pay will include a base rate of $16.00 per hour with uncapped earning potential through commission.
You Will Need To Have- 1-3 years of experience in a retail sales environment; 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluate performance, and develop a high-performing team.
- Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
- High school diploma or GED.
- One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak periods (November-December).
- At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift ten pounds.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
All General Managers are required to complete a 4-day New Hire University (NHU) training within 2 weeks of start. A 3-day General Manager University (SMU) training within 30 days of NHU completion. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout employment.
