We are seeking a skilled mobile Diesel Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel engines, repairing heavy machinery, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Must have adequate hand tools.
DUTIES- Perform routine vehicle maintenance on diesel engines
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in diesel vehicles
- Conduct heavy lifting when required
- Assemble, disassemble, and suspend vehicle components
- Inspect and service shocks, struts and other suspension components
- Proven experience as a diesel mechanic or similar role
- Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong understanding of electrical systems in diesel vehicles
- Capability to perform heavy lifting tasks
- Previous experience as a service technician is a plus
- 5 years experience in semi truck or equipment required
- Day shift, optional overtime
