Position Summary We are seeking a full-time Irrigation Technician to join our service team. This role involves completing daily service calls with professionalism, attention to detail, and a focus on exceeding customer expectations. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates effectively, and is eager to learn and grow within the irrigation industry.

Key Responsibilities Complete irrigation service calls and repairs with accuracy and efficiency

Clock in/out of each job using company software or systems

Document detailed notes for each job, including work performed and any recommendations

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors

Follow all company processes and procedures to ensure consistent service quality

Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and company vehicle

Uphold safety standards and best practices on every job site

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Strong work ethic and reliability

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to complete training for backflow certification (company-supported)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Efficient in system diagnostic and repair

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in irrigation system service or installation

Familiarity with smart irrigation controllers and troubleshooting techniques

Backflow certification (or willingness to obtain)
