Transport Support Worker

Overview

We are looking for a Transport Support Worker to join our team. All you need is a High School Diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in child and family services.

• As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide transportation and visitation support for children and families involved in the child welfare system. You’ll participate in staff meetings and trainings, and coordinate with other agencies providing Permanency Services.

• A compassionate, eager-to-learn individual who is passionate about helping families in times of crisis. You ll work to build healthy, long-lasting relationships by connecting families to resources that improve their lives. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must, as well as flexibility, punctuality, and a commitment to advocacy for children and their families. Evening availability is required for at least one day a week.
