Support Worker, Child Development​/Support

• As a Support Worker
  , you'll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You'll:
• Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution.
• Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives.
• Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
• A willingness to learn—we'll teach you the rest!
