Action Behavior Centers in El Mirage, AZ is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years in a play-based ABA program. This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 5pm and optional Saturday coverage based on patient needs.
Starting immediately, you will follow treatment plans, collect session data, support learning through play, and collaborate with a supportive team.
