The IT Specialist II is responsible for supporting and maintaining technology infrastructure while contributing to internal media and audiovisual (AV) production initiatives. This role provides end-user support, manages core IT systems, and supports media production efforts including training content and internal communications such as podcasts and video production.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Service Desk- Provide Tier 1 and entry-level Tier 2 support to end users
- Support user onboarding and offboarding processes
- Install, configure, and replace desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Perform basic administration within the Microsoft 365 environment
- Administer Microsoft Entra , including user accounts, permissions, MFA, and device policies
- Maintain printers, workstations, and warehouse technology systems
- Manage IT asset inventory and lifecycle tracking
- Document technical issues and resolutions
- Maintain documentation for media systems and processes
- Record on-site training and construction-related video content
- Operate cameras, audio, lighting, and production equipment
- Edit and produce video content for internal training and communication
- Manage media storage, backups, and production assets (e.g., cameras, Mac Studio)
- Ensure functionality and maintenance of AV equipment across multiple areas

- Strong troubleshooting skills across MacOS, iOS, and Windows environments
- Basic experience with servers, virtual machines, and Microsoft technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Entra )
- Minimum of 2+ years of broad help desk or IT support experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
