Senior Plant Maintenance Technician

Vulcan Materials Company -  - Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics:
Regularly inspect quarry equipment such as crushers, screens, conveyor systems, and wet processing machinery to identify any signs of mechanical failure.;
Equipment Maintenance:
Ensure that regular maintenance schedules are adhered to, conducting preventive maintenance on critical systems to avoid downtime.;
Welding and Cutting:
Utilize welding and cutting expertise to fix or replace damaged structural components, such as chutes and other wear metals.;
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing appropriate PPE, and following MSHA/OSHA regulations.;
Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment:
Capable of independently performing and completing most routine maintenance tasks on quarry plant equipment.
