Strategic Customer Representative
The primary function of the Strategic Customer Representative is to increase market share within a select group of customers and high‑profile job sites. This will be accomplished by increasing product awareness and efficiency of the corporate account office. The role evaluates new potential customers to the program and manages the corporate accounts office. It also serves a mentor/liaison role in the overall go‑to‑market sales strategy for the assigned area, coordinating efforts between the PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP.

Education or experience that prepares you for success:
Minimum 4 years previous sales management experience.
Customer service experience required.
Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications required.
Computer literate, including Windows, Adobe Acrobat, and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Related experience may include:
District Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Vice President, Sales Director, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Sales Vice President, Store Manager.
Safety is key to our culture. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
CompensationBase Pay Range: $67,273.00 – $92,500.10. Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
