Job Summary
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Strategic Customer Representative to increase market share within a select group of customers and high‑profile job sites. The role focuses on product awareness, customer evaluation, corporate account management, and serving as a mentor/liaison for the go‑to‑market sales strategy.
Responsibilities- Increase product awareness and customer engagement for the Strategic Customer Representative program.
- Evaluate new potential customers and incorporate them into the program.
- Manage the corporate accounts office and ensure operational efficiency.
- Serve as a mentor/liaison for the overall go‑to‑market sales strategy.
- Coordinate efforts between PCM, DM, RSD, and RVP to align sales initiatives.
Education or experience that prepares you for success:
- Minimum 4 years of previous sales management experience.
- Customer service experience required.
- Knowledge of construction phases, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation, and specifications.
- Computer literate (Windows, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office).
- Experience similar to District Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Vice President, Sales Director, Sales Manager, Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, Sales Vice President, or Store Manager.
The role requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working both indoors and outdoors as required.
CompensationBase Pay Range: $67,273.00 - $92,500.10. Total compensation includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
