Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. This position requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members. New Hire Salary Range: $29.80 - $33.77 per hour

Specific Duties
- Coordinates warranty work.
- Monitors applicable Federal, State, and local requirements to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Processes paperwork and other documentation.
- Creates and completes work orders.
- Identifies parts and materials needed to complete tasks.
- Processes invoices for payment.
- Monitors quality and effectiveness of repairs.
- Performs data entry.
- Maintains records.
- Fabricates and fulfills welding requests.
- Performs related work as assigned.
- Performs preventative maintenance on vehicles as assigned.
- Transports vehicles and/or equipment to vendors for repairs or arranges for pick up.
- Reviews repair requests and determines repair needs and/or vendors.
- Standard practices of the mechanic trade.
- Industry‑recommended and approved principles and practices in the operation and repair of equipment applicable to assigned areas of responsibility.
- Safe work practices and associated maintenance and repairs.
- Highly technical equipment used to perform maintenance and repair activities.
