Operations Supervisor

* ** Adecco is partnering with a leading logistics client to hire an Operations Supervisor*
* We are seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse/operations activities, lead a team of hourly associates, and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate workflow execution in a fast-paced logistics environment.

** What You'll Do*
* + Supervise daily warehouse or operational activities and ensure smooth workflow

+ Lead, coach, and support a team of hourly employees (up to 25 associates)

+ Monitor productivity, schedules, and daily output to meet operational goals

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, SWIs, and quality procedures

+ Track KPIs, labor performance, and production metrics

+ Support inventory control, cycle counts, and material movement

+ Coordinate inbound/outbound flow of materials and warehouse processes

+ Conduct inspections and ensure accuracy and quality of work

+ Support Lean / continuous improvement initiatives (5S, efficiency projects)

+ Communicate with leadership regarding performance, issues, and escalation needs

** What We're Looking For*
* + 3-5 years of logistics, warehouse, or operations experience

+ 2+ years of supervisory or lead experience required

+ Strong understanding of warehouse processes (receiving, picking, shipping, inventory)

+ Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

+ Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse systems (WMS/ERP a plus)

+ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a hands-on warehouse environment

** Nice to Have*
* + SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/WMS experience

+ Lean, 5S, or process improvement exposure

+ Forklift certification (sit-down/stand-up

** Pay Details:**  $70,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year
