Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare month end journal entries and accruals
- Implement monthly general ledger account reconciliation and review process
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules
- Prepare monthly analysis of capital expenditures vs. budget with future cash flow projections
- Calculate monthly/quarterly commission accrual and payments to sales reps
- Prepare supporting schedules required by companies outside auditors to timely complete the year-end audit and tax return
- Leadership capabilities to mentor and develop a team
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of ERP systems - SAP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 5-10 years of experience leading accounting efforts
