Commercial Title Analyst
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Commercial Title Analyst role for a prestigious Regional Bank. The Commercial Title Analyst is responsible for analyzing title commitments, preliminary title reports, surveys, appraisals, and more.
Responsibilities- Analyze title commitments and preliminary title reports.
- Review surveys, appraisals, and related documents.
- Identify title defects and resolve issues with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear title transfer.
- Prepare or review closing documents as needed.
- Experience in title insurance, real estate, or related field.
- Strong analytical and document review skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
