Dispatcher – Transdev, El Monte, CA

Transdev is hiring a Dispatcher to oversee road service through coordination with Operators and to provide customer support to clients. The role requires a customer‑service focused professional dedicated to safety.

• Non‑CBA position
• Competitive compensation: minimum $20.16 ($41,932.80) – maximum $21.22 ($44,137.60)

• Vacation: minimum 2 weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days (8 standard, 4 floating)

• Oversee road service carriers by tracking trip performance, ensuring routes begin on time, and monitoring incidents.
• Provide customer support, responding to questions and concerns about trips, including no‑shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage emergency situations for vehicle operators, acting as liaison between carriers and emergency services.
• Review route performance daily and proactively address situations impacting customer service.
• Perform other duties as required.

• High School Diploma or GED (Technical Degree preferred).
• 3‑5 years of dispatching experience.
• Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Availability to work weekends; open availability preferred.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Work shifts or flexible schedules as needed.
• Job includes long periods of sitting, typing, or computer use.
• Environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings.
