Instructional Aide Substitutes are needed to step into this rewarding per diem opportunity supporting students in local schools. These flexible, as-needed roles are perfect for compassionate, reliable professionals eager to make a meaningful difference in young lives. You'll play an important part in creating positive learning environments by providing 1:1 or small group assistance, collaborating closely with classroom teachers and school staff.

• Support academic, behavioral, and social development of students in classroom settings
• Provide direct, individualized support as directed by teachers or staff
• Assist students with daily routines, classroom participation, and transitions
• Implement behavior support plans and follow Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) as needed
• Assist with mobility, supervision, and personal care requirements
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all learners

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Recent TB test (in accordance with district protocols)
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting if required
• Current background clearances (or willingness to obtain prior to start)

• Experience in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care settings
• Background supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• CPI, PMT, or RBT training is a plus
• Patient, dependable, and collaborative approach

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $30.52.
