Mortgage Loan Processor-Temp

Overview

The Mortgage Loan Processor assists the mortgage loan officers with the processing of mortgage applications and loans.

• Interview loan applicants, when necessary; review and process all mortgage loan
• Obtain any documentation needed from member for processing
• Distribute necessary disclosures to applying
• Verify applicant information including employment, salary, liabilities, and deposits
• Review credit report to ensure credit worthiness aligns with White Eagle andmortgage purchaser
• Calculate and provide loan estimates for closing costs
• Order title work, flood determinations, hazard binders and
• Ensure department files are maintained and within company Track recordedmortgages/assignments and final title policies
• Assist with phone calls directed to the department and finish to completion ifpossible or direct to the correct person
• Develop an understanding of the credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws,and operations
• Assist in all other areas of the job to ensure proper department
• Serve as a notary
• Other duties as assigned

• Education:
  
  High School graduate (or equivalent). BA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Good organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent mathematical and statistical aptitude.
• Two years of experience in mortgage processing is preferred.

The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr.

- USD $31.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
