Cathay Bank is seeking a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to manage a pipeline of residential mortgage and HELOC loans from application through closing. You will support Mortgage Loan Originators, underwriters, and processing staff, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
You will train and mentor junior processors, proactively review documentation for issues, and maintain strong customer service while meeting SLAs.
