• Plan and execute SAP Implementation / Development / Support activities related to SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, and Production Planning processes.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to gather requirements for business process flows and translate them into system requirements.
• Configure the system according to business requirements and scenarios.
• Create presentation/workshop decks for the Blueprint and present them to the client.
• Create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided.
• Configure SAP PP and deliver work products/packages conforming to client standards and requirements; strong hands‑on experience in SAP PP.
• Integrate the PP/QM module with other SAP modules and with external applications.
• Prepare functional specifications and authorization matrix; maintain close communication with the technical team and users to resolve any design issues.
• Assist users in identifying business scenarios for system testing; document testing scenarios, guide and work with users to resolve issues arising during system test.
• Coordinate activities during system implementation.
• Coordinate and conduct training for key users.

• Troubleshoot application issues raised by users, establish priority, and develop solutions.
• Document and analyze support tickets in the responsible area; develop a plan for business improvement.

• Propose process and system flows that streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
• Develop a deep understanding of the business processes in the responsible area and provide IT solutions to fit business needs.
• Improve and enhance data quality in the system to enable better decision‑making based on data analytics.
• Perform other essential duties as assigned.

• 8+ years of experience in SAP as an analyst in PP/APO modules.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience with at least two full life cycles of project implementation (SAP S/4 preferred).
• Experience with SAP PPDS highly desired.
• Experience with SAP IBP highly desired.
• Understand business needs and identify solutions; demonstrate how SAP solutions meet customer requirements.
• Team player with a positive, pro‑active attitude who can work under pressure and accept new challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
