The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing operations within the production department to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks. This role will be responsible for directly managing Production team associates during work shift. Supervising daily operations within the production team to ensure efficiency and productivity. Implement training programs to enhance the skills of new and existing production team members.

Participating in the hiring and onboarding process for new hires. Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with professional standards. Planning and scheduling tasks to meet production targets and deadlines. Analyzing production processes to identify areas for improvement and increase efficiency to limit team overtime. Facilitating communication between employees and management to ensure alignment on goals and expectations. Managing inventory and resources to maintain a steady flow of materials for production.
