This position is part of Novanta’s Robotics & Automation business unit. Robotics & Automation is the world’s leading developer of robotic end of arm technologies. • Perform bonding operations on small components
• Perform back etching operations
• Perform sorting (trim etch) operations
• Perform fine wire shaping and forming operations
• Perform grading operations
• Perform gage matching operations
• Perform wanding operations
• Perform boxing of passed strain gages, individual and matched sets
• Apply Lean principles for daily continuous improvements

• Steady hands / dexterity under scope
• Read and communicate in English a plus
• Follow established procedures
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Past experience under microscope w/fine details

Travel Requirements none

Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 35lbs Must be able to perform bench work and standing periodically throughout the day
