Do you like to work on your feet and keep things neat and organized? Our merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. From everyday needs to special occasions, members rely on you as their mini tour guide to find that special product. Depending on the shift you work, your job may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick‑up orders or helping members while stocking shelves.

You will handle tasks such as unloading trucks in summer, filling ice cream in the freezer, and other fast‑paced, physically demanding work.

• Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom

Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; offering guidance and support; assisting members with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues; and promoting the company's products and services. Maintains safety of facility through safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations. Keeps the sales floor and merchandise presentation in accordance with company policies by zoning the area, stocking, arranging and organizing merchandise, setting up and cleaning product displays, removing damaged goods, signing and pricing merchandise, identifying shrink, securing fragile items, and ensuring food and merchandise quality.

Competitive pay with performance‑based incentive awards and additional compensation in the form of premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour.
