Longo Toyota Preowned Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Preowned Sales Consultant that can thrive in a demanding and fast pace environment to sell new vehicles at dealership standards for gross profit, volume, and guest satisfaction.

Our Sales Consultants get to work with an amazing team and by working for Longo Toyota; they are surrounded by only the best.

Wages include Base Hourly Rate of $16.90. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance.

This position is 100% on site at Longo Toyota in El Monte, CA.

• Manage all sales activities generated from referrals and guest inquiries
• Create and maintain excellent relationships with our guests
• Conduct business in a variety of traditional and non-traditional methods, such as email, telephone, and in person appointments

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual in Mandarin and Cantanese
• Strong ability to work in a team environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver’s License while maintaining an acceptable, safe, driving record
• Superior communication and customer service skills, effective via email and telephone
• Excellent follow-through skills
• Attention to detail for accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work in a team driven atmosphere

• Use hands and fingers in repetitive motions, daily.
• Frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with their body, arms, and/or legs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions including low and high temperatures, precipitation and wind, noisy environments.
• Adjusting, moving, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds.
• Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
• Remaining in a stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Operating motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
• Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
