Provide customer service to clients and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor access points, observe activity in banking areas, and assist with visitor sign-in and direction in accordance with site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the financial institution, including exterior areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity or conditions;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements
