Bus Tire Technician - El Monte, CA

The starting pay for this position is $20.13/hr base pay may vary depending on experience and market location. Vocational on-the-job training is provided and no experience is required. Annual wage increases are based on performance.

• Work performed at customer location tire shop, alongside customers mechanics with a focus on ensuring tires are reliable and safe.
• Collaborate with assigned administrators and customer staff to accurately document work performed.
• Maintain customer tire inventory from cradle to grave using best inventory management practices.
• Monitor tire maintenance through periodic inspections, utilizing specialized software and electronic devices.
• Maintain and repair all customer tires according to industry standards.
• Perform dynamic tire balancing, tire and wheel assembly changes, regrooving, inflation maintenance, using best-in-class machinery.
• Maintain shop safety and cleanliness through good housing practices.

• Position may require flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Previous commercial tire experience preferred.
• Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time (light and heavy lifting, including tires and wheels, standing, bending, squatting).
• Commitment to follow all safety procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong oral/written communication skills.
• Self‑starter, willing to take initiative, work independently, and attend training sessions.
