The City of El Monte seeks a skilled mechanic to maintain and repair light and heavy vehicles and equipment for the municipal fleet. You will diagnose, repair, and service diesel, gasoline, and alternative power units, perform safety checks, and help keep City vehicles in safe working order.
Requires journey-level experience, ability to read manuals, use diagnostic tools, and work with minimal supervision in a maintenance shop and field environments.
