Bus Driver

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in El Monte, CA. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

Non‑CBA Position

• Minimum hourly rate: $19.16 ($39,852.80 annually)
• Maximum hourly rate: $20.69 ($43,035.20 annually)

• Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks
• Sick days: 5 days
• Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
• Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability

• Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols.
• Show exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining cleanliness and safety equipment.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Age 21 or older.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Employee may spend long periods sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of indoors and outdoors.
